Dee is a senior people and governance manager with 10+ years’ experience across start-ups and global corporates. Dee leads Relode’s people and finance operations, building a dynamic and supportive culture underpinned by robust governance and financial procedures to drive our long-term growth.
Prior to joining Relode, Dee worked for Pivot Power, overseeing the company’s acquisition and integration with EDF Renewables before leading a series of strategic HR, culture and change projects. She holds a degree in Law from University College Cork and started her career in the legal sector before moving into people and finance.
